    Please read these terms carefully before booking your ride with us.

    1. General

    By booking a vehicle with Pawan Cab Service (via pawancabs.com), you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

    2. Bookings & Payments

    • Bookings must be made in advance. A confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email.
    • Toll taxes, parking fees, and state entry taxes are extra and must be paid by the customer unless otherwise specified in a package.
    • Kilometers are calculated from our garage to garage (or as per the specific package terms).

    3. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may attract a cancellation fee.
    • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

    4. Passenger Conduct

    • Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
    • The driver reserves the right to refuse service if passengers behave abusively or dangerously.

    5. Liability

    • Pawan Cab Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdowns. In case of breakdown, we will attempt to provide an alternative vehicle.
    • We are not responsible for belongings left behind in the vehicle.

    6. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
